No. Reai links to your existing WhatsApp work number through Linked Devices. We do recommend using a dedicated work number rather than your personal one.
It only answers when it’s confident. Otherwise it hands the question to you. You can also mark any reply as wrong and teach it the right answer, so it doesn’t happen again.
