Your account and information

Use an account and WhatsApp number you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in and linking codes private. Provide accurate listings and only client information that you are entitled to process. You remain responsible for the professional advice, representations and decisions made in your business.

The Assistant and your decisions

The Assistant uses your saved property facts, notes and preferences. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect. Handovers and proposed viewing times require your review where the service asks for it. A draft, approval, queued action or connection status does not establish message delivery or a confirmed booking. Reai does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, response accuracy or commercial results.

Do not use Reai for unsolicited or bulk messages, unlawful content or commitments you are not authorized to make. You can pause automation and manage individual conversations. A stop cannot recall a message already transmitted.

WhatsApp and connected services

Reai uses Baileys, an unofficial third-party library, as a WhatsApp linked device. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by WhatsApp or Meta and does not use the official WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp’s own terms and policies still apply. Service changes can interrupt the connection, require linking again or restrict an account.

The separate central Assistant is a company-operated WhatsApp account. Connecting your mobile verifies which workspace it may access. Google Calendar is optional and remains unavailable until its data-processing setup is approved; connecting it authorizes the disclosed calendar permissions. You can revoke these connections. If device removal cannot be confirmed, remove the Reai device in WhatsApp’s Linked Devices screen.

Data and support access

Reai uses your profile, listings, client conversations, knowledge and activity records to provide the service. Singapore is the first supported property market, not an exclusive data-processing location. Reai and its configured model, WhatsApp, payment and optional calendar providers may process relevant information internationally under their applicable terms. The Assistant sends the context needed for its task to the configured model provider. Calendar integration can transmit viewing details, including client information, property address and appointment times. Deployment and provider setup must be verified before processing is enabled.

Confidence calibration uses pooled numeric signals and reviewed right/wrong labels. It does not use message text, names or client documents to train the language model. Unmarked replies are not treated as correct labels.

Product records and session material are protected with access controls and encryption. Support access is limited to the scope and expiry you approve and is recorded. You can request a data export or deletion through Account & data. A request is not proof of completed erasure: retention requirements, security evidence, provider records and backup schedules may affect completion. The workspace shows the request’s recorded state.

Billing

When billing is configured, the account screen and hosted checkout show the actual monthly price and payment terms before purchase. Reai does not activate a paid entitlement merely because checkout was opened or returned successfully. Payment and subscription status are confirmed through the payment provider. Use the billing portal to manage an existing subscription when available.

Availability and changes

Some functions may remain unavailable while hosting, providers or account setup are incomplete. Keep another way to handle time-sensitive client work. Material changes receive a new terms version. Contact your Reai operator with questions about service availability, data requests or these terms.
