Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the limited Reai connection pilot and your use of its WhatsApp linking and test controls.

The pilot

Reai is a supervised experiment for linking a WhatsApp account, checking test messages and evaluating connection controls. It does not provide autonomous property advice, customer conversation automation or a guarantee of message delivery.

Your WhatsApp connection

Reai uses Baileys, an unofficial third-party library, to connect as a linked device. Reai is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by WhatsApp or Meta. This connection does not use the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Your use remains subject to WhatsApp’s applicable terms and policies. Accepting Reai’s terms does not change those rules. Third-party changes may interrupt the service, require you to link again or result in restrictions on your WhatsApp account. Reai does not promise uninterrupted access or protection from restrictions.

Your authority and responsibilities

Only link an account you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your Reai sign-in, linking QR codes and phone codes private. Complete linking in WhatsApp on your own phone. Do not share credentials with the pilot operator or use Reai for unsolicited messages, bulk traffic, unlawful activity or content you do not have permission to process.

Supervised messages and controls

Use consenting, allowlisted test contacts. Each test reply requires explicit approval and is limited to the fixed pilot text. Connection status and message acceptance do not establish delivery; delivery evidence must be reviewed separately.

You can pause test activity and request disconnection. A locally recorded stop may precede the linked device’s acknowledgement, and a message already transmitted cannot be recalled by these controls. If provider unlinking is not confirmed, remove the Reai device from WhatsApp’s Linked Devices screen. Use the web pause before manual work when your device’s automatic takeover behavior has not been verified.

Data used by the pilot

Reai processes your account identity, protected session material, linking attempts, necessary test-message information and operational evidence to provide the connection and controls. Supabase supports authentication and durable storage; a separately operated connection worker handles WhatsApp sessions. Reai does not import chat history or automatically download media.

Linking artifacts are short-lived and limited to the initiating session. Operational records are minimized, access is restricted by workspace, and session material is encrypted. Disconnection stops further authorized activity; removal from retained records and backups follows the applicable cleanup policy. Ask the pilot operator for the current retention arrangements, deletion process and any data-processing questions before providing live test data.

Availability and changes

The pilot may be unavailable during setup, maintenance, worker outages or third-party service changes. A stale connection, unresolved send or account conflict may require operator review. Do not rely on the pilot as your only means of business communication.

Material changes to these terms receive a new version. The normal linking flow records the version and time you accept. Contact your pilot operator with questions or to end your participation.
